An additional point of interest is Lagoon Park which is located at Lee Callaway Bridge that offers calm, shallow waters as well as restroom facilities and plenty of parking.

Mobile's Redoubt Trail Loop is located near Spanish Fort and is one of the area's more popular trails for hiking. The trail's scenic surroundings as well as its proximity to various historical sites makes it a visually appealing trek. The level of difficulty of this recreational trail is suited to hikers of all skill levels.
