Aside from its food and language that have become part of the mainstream, its celebratory tradition of dance is alive and well in Glendale thanks to the efforts of the Ballet Folklorico Fiesta Mexicana. These young boys and girls are instructed in the technique and expression of dance as an extension of their Mexican heritage.
