Walk the halls and studios of The Hirschl School and you will quickly realize why they are not in the “dance studio” business but rather in the “people” business. Located in Northeast Anaheim, the HSDA and Sunrise Ballet have been directed and supervised primarily as a place of education with their success defined by the accomplishments of their amazing students and parents.  For more than 45 years equal attention and respect has been given to all, regardless of age,  potential, or physique, providing them the opportunity to bring out the best in anyone, using proper guidance and mentorship with integrity. HSDA Students and members of Sunrise Ballet are treated and viewed as they shall become, reaching their full potential, en pointe.

Baseball fans unite and step into the "celestial" world of The Los Angeles Angels, an American professional baseball team based in Anaheim and taking their name from nearby Los Angeles. This well-known and cherished team competes in MLB as a member of the American League (AL) West Division and has played all their home games at Angel Stadium since 1966. The Angels' first owner was the legendary Gene Autry, the singing cowboy of stage and film. The mantra "Win One for the Cowboy" refers to Autry who dreamed of the historic day that all fans remember in 2002 when The Angels won the World Series. Angels player Tim Salmon ran into the home dugout and brought out one of Autry's signature white Stetson hats in honor of the "singing cowboy."

Move about in a world of limitless opportunities with an open mind and an accepting heart and visit The MUZEO Museum and Cultural Center of Anaheim dedicated to the continuing effort to engage the community in exploring and celebrating the charm and richness of our diverse heritage, culture and arts through an array of creative programming and events. Among the surprising gems and exciting experiences, MUZEO offers you an impressive insight into the historic 1908 Carnegie Library, pristinely manicured outdoor space of the Carnegie Plaza and Courtyard replete with beautiful waterscapes and ambient lighting and the MUZEO Main Gallery, a new model for urban cultural centers. 

  Set your sights on the great outdoors and make your way to Featherly Regional Park in Santa Ana Canyon, a practical and completely natural riparian wilderness area including wetlands adjacent to rivers and streams, making it perfect for a day trip or an overnight venture. Although public access is restricted, viewing opportunities are best from the Santa Ana Bikeway.  The developed portion of the park is Canyon RV Park, a privately-operated facility which offers sites with full hook-ups, small cabins, youth group camping and areas for group events. The entrance to this family-friendly section of the Park is located at Gypsum Canyon Road and reservations are a must. Orange County provides an app to navigate through all the local parks.
