The Palm Springs Art Museum exhibits art collections of modern California art, European modern art, and Native American art. The 150,000-square-foot museum is the hub of the Palm Springs art community and welcomes patrons to explore art, brunch at the Muse Café, and shop at the Palm Springs Museum Store.
Take a hike! The Indian Canyons in Palm Springs is a natural oasis with a variety of trails surrounded by lush foliage, beautiful vistas, waterfalls and creeks that run year round. You’ll experience winding footpaths that venture down into the canyon, inviting outdoor enthusiasts to hike, bike, and explore, or relax and meditate.
The Andreas Canyon Trail offers hikers an easy trek winding up the canyon beside a stream with such abundant vegetation it feels like a tropical oasis instead of desert. The 2 mile outdoor trail ends at a fence that allows hikers to return the way they came or cross the stream to enjoy the scenery from the other side of the canyon.
Get dressed up for a night of performing arts at the Annenberg Theater. Uniquely located in the Palm Springs Art Museum, the intimate 433-seat, state-of-the-art entertainment venue fills the air with spectacular acoustical sound and stages some of the best performances in Broadway musicals, opera, and dance.
