One of the more popular features of the park is the PlayBooster and PlayShaper playground components that offer a challenge as well as a good dose of exercise to any child who climbs all over them. The Gemini Sidewinder 2 is another notable attraction, as are the many slides, swings, and seesaws that make Don Derr Park such a fun and exhilarating place to take the whole family.

This is one of those places that could be categorized as a “dive bar,” but in the case of Morgan's, that's entirely a good thing! This charmingly unassuming nightlife hangout features karaoke, music videos, an excellent jukebox and a full bar. There's even an inviting patio area to enjoy if you feel like taking in the night air.

The Asistencia was established in 1819 as part of the Mission San Gabriel's Rancho San Bernardino. This mission functioned as an outpost for cattle grazing activities as well as a beacon of help to cattle workers and travelers throughout the area. The Asistencia buildings that still stand here are available for informal tours and are filled with highly interesting exhibits, details and items that tell the story of this transitional time in this area's development and history.
