Amazing architectural grace is found at Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. Step inside one of the most breathtaking buildings in the city. The soaring 1889 Roman Catholic structure, reconstructed dome, exquisite stained glass and the 2,000-pound crucifix suspended over the altar by airplane cables will leave you awe-inspired.

Music lovers in love: put a romantic spin on your next date and spend a Saturday night being serenaded at East Sacramento's Pops in the Park. Bring your favorite blanket and low-back chairs for comfy sitting. Enjoy holding hands and sitting close together while hearing live music. A neighborhood tradition since 1995, the park has hosted concerts from classic rock-n-roll to electrify/violinist concerts.
