San Francisco's Cable Car Museum has the distinction of being recognized as one of the top 10 free attractions in the world. It also offers a unique peek into how San Francisco's signature means of transportation is constructed and operated. You will be able to take several photos from the second level that overlooks the various exhibits, as well as get close to different displays that feature vintage cars in either completed form or in various parts. The various informative displays illustrate the compelling history of cable cars.

The Great American Music Hall offers lots of great entertainment all in one place. The stage always features some of the most talented comedians and musicians from all around the country. This two level venue offers an inviting dance area on the first floor and small dining area on the second. The atmosphere offers a nod to the California Gold Rush, as various items and décor add another dimension to the Hall's classic feel.

One of the most essential sites to see in San Francisco is the Golden Gate Bridge. Getting up close to this amazing attraction, the kids will be able to see what an incredibly built structure this bridge is. The bridge connects San Francisco to Marin County, and if you are on the Marin side, you will get a captivating view from a spot called Vista Point. But given the ocean, the sailboats, and the natural landscape in and around the bridge, it is difficult to find a place where the view isn't absolutely stunning.
