Striking out is a good thing when the whole family heads out to Pacific Avenue Bowl. This is one of Stockton's favorite places for great family fun. This is not only a multidimensional history lesson of the city, but it also offers a chance to see some highly detailed and impressively constructed architecture. Some of the styles you'll see include Queen Anne, Eastlake, Bungalow, Craftsman, and Spanish Revival. These homes and buildings date back to the 1860s and the area still thrives thanks to the city's successful efforts at rehabilitation, restoration and adaptive reuse. The area is bounded by Harding Way, California Street, Park Street and El Dorado Street.

Aquatic bliss awaits you at the Village West Marina. Located by land just two miles west of Interstate 5 on Benjamin Holt Drive, this highly appealing combination of nature and commerce offers plenty to do in Stockton. Located on Fourteenmile Slough, experience everything from fine dining to great shopping the very high-end Village West Yacht Club. Boat owners will appreciate the gas and guest docks as well as the boat detailing facility. And, to be sure, everyone looks forward to days spent outdoors and the panoramic sunsets every evening.
