There is even a separate section for smaller dogs, a fun agility course and lots of shady areas for you to rest for awhile with your four-legged friend.

For the past several years, the Aurora Fox Arts Center has carried on the tradition of providing great theatrical entertainment by delivering consistently excellent performances to the delight of many audiences. The building itself is an historic landmark located in the city's East End Arts District, the epicenter of performing arts in the area. There is always an enticing array of entertainment on the schedule that includes plays, musicals, children's theater, and concerts, as well as performing classes for theater-lovers of all ages.

Aurora's Plains Conservation Center offers you a chance to explore the area's natural history in a truly unique and memorable way. The admission price varies depending on the program or tour you are going on, but it is well worth it. You'll get a chance to explore the 1,100-acre Metro-close to Aurora site and you may encounter some "prairie originals" like pronghorns, prairie dogs, coyotes, owls, meadowlarks and red-tailed hawks. In all, it's a great way to see a side of Aurora's natural beauty that you otherwise wouldn't get a chance to encounter.

Aurora's Kasbah bar is an inviting and relaxing place to hang out after work or just get away from your usual routine for a while. The staff is friendly and the bar is well-stocked with your favorite beer, wine and mixed drinks. Kasbah may not be the most spectacular bar on the nightlife scene, but it scores lots of points with the locals for being a consistently enjoyable place to enjoy drinks in a decidedly low-key atmosphere.
