The Denver Zoo has a pedigree almost as impressive as those of the animals it houses. Established in 1896, the facility is by far the city's most popular attraction as it welcomes over one million visitors every year. You'll find over 4,000 animals here that represent 700 species. It's a great way for your dog to get some fresh air and exercise at this 5-acre park that offers plenty of "off-leash" fun. There is even a separate section for smaller dogs, a fun agility course and lots of shady areas for you to rest for awhile with your four-legged friend.

The whole family will enjoy a galloping good time when you visit the Paint Horse Stables. The guides who take you on your scenic horse ride are experts at making you feel relaxed as well as educating you on the finer points of guiding your horse to ensure a completely enjoyable experience.
