The National Gallery of Art offers everything you ever wanted to know about art and presents an incredible amount of it all in one place. The facility proudly exhibits over 3,000 paintings, 2,000 pieces of sculpture and over 100,000 prints, drawings and other interesting pieces. Also, don't forget to spend a little time in the Sculpture Garden that can be found at the corner of 7th and Madison.

The Washington Ballet was founded in 1976 by the great American ballet pioneer Mary Day, this group is considered to be one of the nation's finest ballet companies. The performers push themselves to the limit to deliver the highest caliber of artistic expression and entertainment in such famous titles as the Nutcracker, Alice in Wonderland and the Great Gatsby, to name but a few. So buy your tickets, get dressed up, and enjoy a truly dazzling evening with the Washington Ballet.

Habana Village is layers of fun...literally! This is an unbelievable four-story nightlife destination. Find your place on the floor to dance the salsa, merengue, tango or samba to add more than just a little spice to your evening. If you aren't quite sure of the steps, there are lessons available to help you find your groove. There isn't much time to be off your feet, but if you do need a bit of a breather, there are excellent lounges on the third and fourth floors that will revitalize your spirit. The specialty drink at Habana Village is the mojito, a tasty mix of rum, sugar and crushed mint leaves that will help you get dancing again, too.

Great family fun awaits at Tidal Basin. Known for it's breathtaking display of white-pink clouds of cherry blossoms in the spring, this is an excellent destination for swimming, fishing and boating that the whole family will enjoy.
