When you're in Clearwater, you definitely want to make some time to visit the Cleveland Street District. This is Clearwater's downtown area that has undergone some impressive renovations and has now become quite popular with tourists and visitors alike. The area features a marina, Coachman Park, restaurants, shops, attractions and nightlife all contained in a relatively small but safe area of the city. It is only two miles from Clearwater Beach, which means that whether you are driving in or driving out from the Cleveland Street District, you will see some of the area's most stunning scenery that includes the Clearwater Memorial Causeway.

If you and your sweetheart find yourselves in Clearwater, there will be plenty of sandy selections to choose for your stroll on the seashore. One of the most popular is Treasure Island. This is one of the widest beaches in the area and there is always something fun going on to sit and enjoy. Activities like kite flying contests and windsailing take place here quite often. Also, this is the site of the popular Taste of Treasure Island food and music festival.
