Get up close to one of nature's most fascinating creatures, the dolphin, when you make arrangements to experience the Dolphin Exploration Cruise. The tour will take you from Clearwater Bay out through Clearwater Pass and into the Gulf of Mexico so that you can get close to the many bottlenose dolphins that make their home out in these waters. You are actually guaranteed to see dolphins on your trip that also includes not only a fascinating narrative full of facts and information from your captain but also "Turtle Story Time" for the kids and complementary beverages for the adults.

The Clearwater Historical Society consistently puts forth its various efforts in the conservation, research and use of the area's past. They do this by recovering and preserving various historical artifacts, relics and documentation. The organization also provides its services to other museums and educational institutions. The Society also maintains the Plumb House Museum on its property that offers free admission to visitors who want to come and dig deeper into Clearwater's history.

There's nothing quite like a case of the blues. It's no fun when you have it alone, but when you get together with fellow blues enthusiasts at the annual Knology Sea-Blues Festival, the blues are most definitely worth celebrating. The two day festival, usually held in May, features a variety of regionally and nationally recognized blues artists. This event is free to the public.
