The kids will love playing in the surf all afternoon as you bask in the invitingly warm Florida sunshine or maybe take a little snooze. But don't forget the sunscreen!

Brooker Creek is one of the top parks in the St. Petersburg area. Visitors truly enjoy experiencing wildlife like tortoises, wild turkey, white-tailed deer and river otters in their natural environments. Also, the sprawling trails at the park will challenge even the most in-shape walkers and runners. Beginning with the early Native American settlers to the nation's first commercial aircraft, the stories of Pinellas County all come alive quite vividly in this highly engaging museum. You can also trace the fashions and trends of yesteryear with various period costumes and artifacts that echo historical events and pop culture moments quite distinctly. You can also see a mummy, a trolley car, and various other items that have contributed to the area's unique identity.
