This is a captivating 1,750-acre lake near Macon that is owned and operated by Bibb County. The recreation trail is a favorite of walkers and joggers and is open during daylight hours.

The entertainment venue has been nationally recognized as one of the preeminent community theaters in the country. It also has the distinction of being Georgia's oldest and largest community theater.
