Maui Arts & Cultural Center
Maui Arts & Cultural Center opened in 1994 as the culmination of a long-standing dream of Maui’s residents to build a world-class gathering place for the arts. Now familiarly known as "The MACC," this center has been described by The Maui News as “the artistic and educational heart of an entire community” and “Maui’s entertainment and arts crown jewel.” The MACC is the most comprehensive multi-disciplinary arts facility in Hawai‘i, and a gathering place where people can celebrate creativity through personal and shared experiences of the arts. It is a world-class facility where popular and innovative performing artists can be enjoyed, connecting our community to the world.
Hawaii State Art Museum
The Hawaii State Art Museum opened in the fall of 2002, when it brought immensely popular touring exhibits to the state of Hawaii. The museum houses three galleries, featuring pieces from the Art in Public Places Collection. Many of the exhibits focus on art from native Hawaiians, along with art that speaks to the culture of the Islands.
Botanical World Adventures
The World Botanical Gardens is the premier destination for nature lovers, featuring more than 5,000 species of native Hawaiian plants and others from around the world. Located on the big island of Hawaii, the World Botanical Gardens includes a triple-tiered, 300-foot waterfall known as Umauma Falls.
