Although you are not in Venice, you can still treat yourself and your partner to an authentic gondola ride with Ambiance on the Water. Open from April through November, these romantic gondola rides travel down the relaxing waterway in the Country Club Plaza. Float under bridges, beside lovely fountains and see the majestic sights of nighttime Kansas City.

Visit The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, where even the building is art. Inside of this neoclassical architecture you will find one of the largest collections of Asian art in America as well as a highly prized collection of European and American paintings, photography, sculptures and historic artifacts.
