While exploring the city, be sure to take time out to visit a true symbol of Wichita. You'll find the Keeper of the Plains monument in the heart of the city, where the Arkansas and Little Arkansas rivers meet. The statue was erected in 1974 to commemorate the United States Bicentennial.

And not only will you hear classics by the composers you love, the performers that are slated to appear are just as exciting, with Chris Botti, Terrence Wilson, and Julie Albers all scheduled to perform in the upcoming season. Both highly educational and extremely fun, see such famous world treasures as T-Rex's bones, Egyptian mummies, and various artifacts from important points in military history.
