The Gibson House Museum is a landmark that serves as a perfect example of an early American home. The house was built in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood in 1860 and was home to three generations of the Gibson family. The Victorian-era home is complete with furnishings that echo the time period of its occupation.

Watch the opening battle of the American Revolution take place right before your eyes at Minute Man National Historical Park. This hallowed ground is where the war began and where it is relived through reenactments. Wine connoisseurs, get your tickets to Chef Daniel Bruce's Boston Wine Festival, one of the nation's longest-running wine events. This isn't your typical, two-day festival; the festival spans three and a half months and hosts a few events each week. The 23-year-old event features wine tastings, paired with signature dishes created by Chef Bruce. Throughout the history of the Boston Wine Festival, the menu has never been repeated.
