This “whodunit” mystery incorporates suspense and improvisational humor, and this combination has earned the show plenty of praise; the Boston Globe has named it “Best Comedy of the Year” seven times. Shear Madness holds the Guiness World Record for being the longest running play in the U.S.

The state's capitol building, built in 1798, resides on land that once belonged to John Hancock. You'll recognize the building easily because of its 23-karat gold dome roof.
