Hosted by the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church of Baltimore, the Greek Folk Festival is the largest Hellenic festival in the Mid-Atlantic area. For more than 30 years, the Greek Folk Festival has showcased a multitude of Greek culture and talent. Discover the world from under the sea at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. Built to inspire visitors to celebrate and nurture the world´s aquatic habitats, from tropical rain forests to coral reefs, this public aquarium contains three buildings worth of fascinating creatures and family fun. Among major attractions are the dolphin display, central ray pool, multiple-story shark tank and the rooftop rainforest.

Since 1914, the Baltimore Museum of Art has housed an internationally renowned collection of 19th-century, modern and contemporary art. Even the building itself, designed to resemble a Roman Temple, is a piece of art. Art lovers must stop by the Cone Collection, which contains works by master artists like Matisse, Picasso, Cezanne, Manet, and van Gogh.
