Kentucky Derby winner Medina Spirit has tested positive for the anti-inflammatory drug betamethasone, trainer Bob Baffert said Sunday morning, calling the test an injustice. Baffert said Medina Spirit has not yet been disqualified from the Derby and will still run in the May 15 Preakness Stakes.
