Home to the Baltimore Orioles, Oriole Park at Camden Yards is a Major League Baseball ballpark built in 1992. Designed as a "retro" major league ballpark, Oriole Park closely resembles the old jewel box parks. Get a good view of the downtown skyline as you watch the game, and be sure to stop by the statue of Babe Ruth just outside the stadium.

Rent a paddle or pedal boat, or even a kayak, from Paddle or Pedal Boat Rentals to take out onto Quiet Waters. Enjoy the tranquility of the water and relax as your boat cuts across the smooth water. You can even opt to take a guided tour.

During the first weekend of each May, spend four days watching top-notch film and video work from all over the world at the Maryland Film Festival. Hundreds of filmmakers attend the screenings of the approximately 50 feature films and 75 short films. Enjoy every type of film: narrative, documentary, animation, experimental, hybrid and others. You may possibly meet celebrity guests as well.

Visit the Homewood Museum at Johns Hopkins University to get an intimate look at life in early 19th-century Baltimore. Take a guided tour around the museum and learn interesting facts from your well-informed guide as you take in the sights of fine and decorative art objects from the Carroll family who used to live there.
