This unique attraction is definitely one of Detroit's must-see destinations.

See all the sights as you travel on the Detroit People Mover, an automated transit system that encircles 2.9 miles downtown. These driverless vehicles run on an elevated light-rail system and are an excellent way to get around the crowded Detroit streets. For only 75 cents, you can quickly get to your next destination or you can just ride the rails and take in the best views of the city!

Near the Fox Theatre, you’ll find The Fillmore Detroit. This mixed-use entertainment hotspot hosts the most popular music acts in the city, from rock and pop to blues and alternative. Immerse yourself in this musical experience at this gorgeous venue complete with cabaret-style terraced seating, a dance floor, a nostalgic rock poster wall and original Fillmore chandeliers.

The MOCAD leads the way in Detroit’s contemporary culture through its constantly rotating contemporary art exhibitions and attractions. Since first opening in 2006, this non-collecting museum has focused on responding to modern cultural content, promoting collaboration and fueling crucial discourse.
