Head over to Saint Paul’s West Side for "La Fiesta Mas Caliente de Minnesota"—Minnesota’s Spiciest Celebration—Cinco de Mayo! Mexican and other Latino organizations celebrate their culture by hosting a variety of performances. Xcel Energy Center
