It also offers plenty to do, as the water park features several waterslides for various age groups. In addition to the water park, there are also over 100 rides and attractions as well as a musical review in one of the park's theaters.

The Charlotte Hornets are a professional basketball team based in Charlotte, North Carolina that plays in the Southeast Division of the Eastern Conference of the National Basketball Association. The sports team was established in 2004 and they play their home games at the Spectrum Center Arena in Charlotte.
