Give family time a slightly competitive edge at Pole Position Raceway, an indoor go-kart racing attraction in Jersey City. This huge indoor track features two quarter-mile tracks and adult karts that can go all the way up to 45 mph. Kid’s karts, of course, are also available. The Grammy Award-winning New Jersey Symphony Orchestra can most often be found playing in the NJPAC, when not touring the rest of New Jersey and other states to showcase their nationally recognized talents. Since 1922, this symphony orchestra has had headquarters in Newark, drawing in some of the country’s finest musicians to this city.
