The New Mexico Wine Festival is a longstanding summer tradition. Visitors can sample and shop over 200 wines from top wineries in the state. For over 30 years, New Mexico Wine has hosted annual festivals that feature local food, arts and crafts, great live music, and, of course, the celebrated wines of New Mexico. The festival season starts every Memorial Day in Albuquerque and Las Cruces, attracting over 13,000 wine lovers for a weekend filled with fun and festivity. As fall approaches, the festival gathers again to celebrate the harvest and the hard work spent in the vineyards with a Labor Day weekend celebration. You're invited to join one of the annual events to taste the latest vintages and meet the families who produce quality craft wine for your enjoyment.

Jane Butel Cooking School has been voted as one of the top four cooking schools by Bon Appétit magazine. This school offers weekend classes to food enthusiasts who want to learn how to cook authentic Southwest Border cuisine. You can join these classes and interact with other food lovers to whip up some of the greatest salsas, tamales, and blue-corn chiles rellenos this side of Mexico. You will also get to cook a full dinner and enjoy perfect Margaritas while learning to cook Southwestern style.

The World Balloon flight adventures in Albuquerque, New Mexico, start at sunrise. You will arrive at the launch site just in time to watch the balloon inflate.
