The church held its last service in 1993 and today is under restoration by the Historic Albany Foundation to save a building that deserves to continue to grace the capital city skyline.

The museum collects and preserves artifacts, memorabilia, films and more through informative exhibits and its hall of fame, which honors 186 thoroughbreds, 93 jockeys and 88 trainers.
