The Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine is the cathedral of the Episcopal Diocese of New York. The church and must-see attraction is located in Manhattan's Morningside Heights on Amsterdam Avenue, and is the fourth largest Christian church in the world. The cathedral is nicknamed St. John the Unfinished due to it's on-again, off-again construction processes throughout the years from laying down the cornerstone in 1892 until renovations after a 2001 fire were completed in 2008. Former Mayor Ed Koch once said jokingly, "I am told that some of the great cathedrals took over five hundred years to build. But I would like to remind you that we are only in our first hundred years."

Fashionistas will enjoy exploring The Museum at FIT, home to important collections of clothing, textiles and accessories. The museum's exhibits explore 250 years of fashion history through expositions like London Fashion, The Corset:Fashioning the Body, and Gothic: Dark Glamour. The main floor of the museum features the only permanent fashion history exhibit in the nation, The Fashion and Textile History Gallery. The gallery is changed every six months and features a rotating selection of about 200 historically significant pieces from the museum's collection.

Concerts, parties, live television, web broadcasts, awards shows and more all have a home at the Playstation Theater. This indoor theater in Times Square boasts an 85-foot-long LED high-definition screen, one of the largest marquees on Broadway. The entertainment venue shares this spectacular screen with MTV Studios and presents live footage from both partners. This bright screen doesn't outshine the stars that perform here though; artists like Brad Paisley, Damian Marley, Sugarland, Rob Zombie, Prince, Kanye West, Korn, Foreigner, Alicia Keys, Linkin Park and Drake are but a few of the many talented performers who have graced the stage at Playstation Theater.
