The tradition of excellence in local theater has been maintained in Cleveland since 1915 because of the tireless efforts of the professionals involved with the Cleveland Play House. The Cleveland Indians are a professional baseball team based in Cleveland and are in the Central Division of Major League Baseball's American League. Their home games have been played at Progressive Field since 1994. The sports team has won two World Series championships in 1920 and 1948.

The Cleveland Museum of Natural History brings various aspects of the world's natural history to life in its signature dinosaur exhibits and other equally compelling presentations.
