The Cleveland Asian Festival celebrates the sights, sounds, tastes and traditions of the Asian culture in a variety of very memorable ways. In addition to an incredible array of Asian cuisine, the festival features an impressive cast of local and national performing artists as well as a children's activities area, games, competitions and a health pavilion with free screenings and health education. This event is scheduled every May and is free to the public.

The wonders of science come alive in a remarkably multidimensional way at the Great Lakes Science Center. Come and experience more than 400 hands-on science exhibits, attractions and an impressive IMAX theater that offers the chance to see some truly wondrous science and nature-themed features. The center also offers various special exhibits and presentations throughout the year that spotlight specific themes like space travel, technology and archeology. Don't forget to visit the gift shop before you're done with your visit.

There is no doubt about the fact that the people of Cleveland love their beer. Get a fascinating look at how beer is made by touring the Great Lakes Brewing Company. This facility has the distinction of being Cleveland’s oldest microbrewery. One of the more popular products of the brewery is Dortmunder Gold amber ale as well as Eliot Ness Porter and Burning River Ale. The tour is free and happens every hour on the hour on Fridays from 5pm to 9pm and on Saturdays from 1pm to 9pm.
