County fairs always seem to bring out the best in people. That tradition still holds true at the Cuyahoga County Fair held every August. The fact that the fair has been held every year for the past 115 years speaks volumes about its tradition and popularity. This facility has the distinction of being Cleveland’s oldest microbrewery. One of the more popular products of the brewery is Dortmunder Gold amber ale as well as Eliot Ness Porter and Burning River Ale. The tour is free and happens every hour on the hour on Fridays from 5pm to 9pm and on Saturdays from 1pm to 9pm.
