Catching a rough but impressive up-and-coming band or seeing an established group play at Cleveland's Agora Theater and Ballroom is much like having the musicians hang out in your living room. The entertainment venue is thick with retro charm and a certain kind of roughness that is superbly genuine. The sound system may be a bit distorted and the crowd may not be the most refined, but the spirit of the venue only adds a sense of authenticity to whatever is happening on stage.
