Jermain Park in Toledo is a favorite destination of mountain bikers as it offers a recreation trail that is accessible for beginners but challenging enough for more experienced riders. You can access the park from the Jermain Park parking area. The route of the trail runs counterclockwise with beginner areas demarcated clearly before the trail moves along to the higher more intermediate hills.

Fans of nature and the great outdoors feel right at home at Toledo's Wildwood Preserve Metropark. This is one of the area's most visually stunning examples of a tall-grass prairie and all of the life and beauty that are associated with it. Also, make sure to see the rare giant eland, the biggest antelope in the world, is quite possibly the park's most popular exhibit.

Relive the thrill of what it was like to marvel at all the sweets in a candy shop, much like the ones you may remember from your childhood. Boyd's specializes in carrying sweet treats that you thought didn't exist anymore. Some of the popular retro varieties here include Flying Saucers and Curly Wurlies, just to name a couple. There are the old reliable ones like Good & Plenty and Juicy Fruits. This is one of those places where no matter what your age, you will feel like a kid again!
