Harn Homestead Harn Homestead

Come and experience the history and beauty of this Oklahoma treasure, the Harn Homestead. Their mission is to preserve the historic homestead of Mr. William Fremont Harn and to educate the public about the territorial years of Oklahoma. They offer a unique hands-on and minds-on experience that allows visitors to step back in time and share in the daily life of a territorial farm family. From the one-room schoolhouse to the Victorian home, the Harn Homestead captures the spirit of the brave men, women, and children who settled in this state. When you visit, you can take a paid tour of the Harn House, usually scheduled for the hour or half-hour closest to your arrival time. You can also explore five other historic buildings and the large Event Barn on your own throughout the day.
