Will Rogers originally purchased the 20-acre land as a retirement estate but unfortunately passed away shortly after. Today, the Memorial Museum houses the world's most extensive collection of Will Rogers memorabilia, including his entire collection of writings. In fact, in 2015, Gordon Kuntz generously donated the second-largest collection of items to the museum, which includes one-of-a-kind movie posters, movie stills, books, correspondence, and much more. You can easily spend hours touring the museum and learning about Will Rogers' life, wisdom, and humor.

This center is truly a horticultural headquarters that offers a variety of educational opportunities for the community, and visitors can enjoy a stroll around the grounds for free. The Tulsa Garden Center is a nonprofit organization that hosts lectures, classes, plant shows, and special events throughout the year. They even have 16 affiliated "Plant Society" organizations that call the center their home for their horticultural and environmental activities. Guests can also explore the mansion and admire the historical photographs and original elements that have been preserved. It's truly a unique experience for everyone who visits.

The monument is beautifully etched with text and historical photos that tell the story of Patti Shriner, Bruce Goff, Richard Mansfield Dickinson, and the many talented actors and performers who have graced the stage of the Spotlight Theatre over the decades.
