The Tulsa Children's Museum Discovery Lab is a valuable educational resource for children and families in Tulsa. Since 2007, Discovery Lab has sparked children's curiosity with engaging exhibits and learning experiences focusing on process skills like creativity and innovation, critical thinking and problem-solving, and communication and collaboration. Discovery Lab's exhibits and programming emphasize the development of executive function and process skills, which are essential for success in school and beyond. Educational content focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math, health and wellness, and complements and supplements current school curricula. Studies show that hands-on, informal learning experiences delivered by Discovery Lab can impact reading readiness and overall school success.

Broken Arrow Community Playhouse is committed to providing high-quality theatrical experiences for the community. They aim to encourage and develop new and existing talent in all theatrical management and production phases. We take pride in responsibly serving and representing the Broken Arrow community through dramatic activities. The theater, located on Main Street just south of the Rose District, is owned by the city and operated by a part-time office manager and volunteer board of directors. With five productions a season and numerous other performers, workshops, and events, something exciting is always happening at Broken Arrow Community Playhouse.
