So you have a sailboat but aren't exactly sure where to set sail? The answer is easy when you make plans to visit the Fern Ridge Reservoir. This is a highly popular recreation spot for sailing in Lane County. Under the superb leadership of Helmuth Riling, the festival presents the choral and orchestral masterworks of Sebastian Bach. The event is held in Eugene at the University of Oregon's Beall Concert Hall and the Hult Center for the Performing Arts as well as other cities in Oregon.

Get a truly dramatic glimpse of some of the area's wildlife when you visit the Cascades Raptor Center. This nature center and wildlife hospital not only offers you the chance to see some truly amazing creatures, but you'll also see how some of these various species are rehabilitated before being re-released into their natural habitat. Plus, you'll most definitely want to see the colorful (and musical) 33 species of birds that make their home at this attraction.
