Eugene's Laurel Hill Park Trail is a favorite of area runners and walkers. Located behind the Laurelwood Golf Course at the top of Agate Street is Laurel Park where this network of single-track recreation trails begins. The terrain is somewhat challenging in parts, but that intensity of the workout will prove highly beneficial for those running the trail.

Walk into Luckey's and you've set foot in one of Eugene's most historic places. This great bar offers a relaxed yet rustic charm while also having the distinction of being the oldest bar in all of Lane County. The time-honored tradition of offering an excellent place to unwind is still very much alive thanks to the excellent choices at the bar, the great bands that are often on stage here, and the great patrons as well as the nightlife venue's inviting club cigar store. Eugene's WOW Hall is a truly historic building that is owned by the Community for the Performing Arts. This is a nonprofit organization that has impressively preserved the vintage Woodmen of the World Hall as a truly memorable performing arts venue. Various performances as well as art exhibits and other entertainment are offered at the WOW Hall, supported by approximately 900 members and 400 volunteers.

Get a truly dramatic glimpse of some of the area's wildlife when you visit the Cascades Raptor Center. This nature center and wildlife hospital not only offers you the chance to see some truly amazing creatures, but you'll also see how some of these various species are rehabilitated before being re-released into their natural habitat. Plus, you'll most definitely want to see the colorful (and musical) 33 species of birds that make their home at this attraction.
