Enjoy a theater performance like none you've ever seen before at the Imago Theatre. The productions organized by the theater include classic stories and original works. Special aspects of these shows include acrobatics and other elements that are aesthetically pleasing. The Imago Theatre hosts productions at home in Portland, and also tours internationally.

Be serenaded by the sounds of jazz music at the Portland Jazz Festival. The festival is hosted in effort to preserve an original American art form: the jazz music genre. Legends of the genre and up-and-coming jazz musicians have performed at this event.

Travel back in time to the homes of yesteryear and tour the Pittock Mansion. This chateau was built in Portland's West Hills in 1909, and boasts stunning architectural features and rich décor throughout. The home serves as a memorial to its first tenants, Henry and Georgiana Pittock, who played a great role in the development and prosperity of the city.

See a little piece of literature that's been brought to life and immortalized at the Beverly Cleary Sculpture Garden. The sculptures here were created in the likeness of Cleary's most beloved characters, Ramona Quimby, Henry Huggins, and the Huggins' dog Ribsy. The statues are complete with fountains that create a fun environment to play, and also feature plaques with the titles of Cleary's Portland-based stories.
