The Portland Rose Festival is an annual event that brings over one million guests out to experience it. The festival features three parades, a large number of vendors, several contests, live entertainment, fireworks and much more. See what all the buzz is about, and why this event has been part of the city's culture since 1907.

The flora and fauna of the region is presented perfectly at the Audubon Sanctuary. Explore this 150-acre outdoor oasis through its four miles of hiking trails, where you'll see a variety of plant and animal life along the way. Features of the sanctuary include Balch Creek, and the Wildlife Care Center.

Head to the Hawthorne Theatre for live music or Rockstar Karaoke. The entertainment venue hosts live performances of all genres of music, from reggae to rock, country and more. If there's not a performance going on, you can become the entertainment during Rockstar Karaoke. The Hawthorne Theatre also serves up a wide variety of appetizers and a nice selection of adult beverages at its full bar.

Hop on the Portland Brew Bus and guzzle down the best micro-brews that Rose City has to offer. Portland is home to more microbreweries than any other city in the nation, so experiencing this tour is a must for any beer lover. On the tour, you'll visit between three and four breweries, and sample anywhere between 15-25 different beers.
