See a little piece of literature that's been brought to life and immortalized at the Beverly Cleary Sculpture Garden. The sculptures here were created in the likeness of Cleary's most beloved characters, Ramona Quimby, Henry Huggins, and the Huggins' dog Ribsy. The statues are complete with fountains that create a fun environment to play, and also feature plaques with the titles of Cleary's Portland-based stories.

Watch the Portland Winterhawks battle out on the ice as they attempt to defeat their competition. The sports team is a franchise of the Western Hockey League. Although the team is comprised of junior players, the games are fierce and entertaining, and with alumni players like Hall of Famers Mark Messier and Cam Neely, you might just see the next big name in hockey get their start here.

Celebrate your love for beer at the Oregon Brewers Festival. At this event, you can sample over 80 craft beers of all brews – Ambers, Pales, Ryes – they're all here. Along with an awesome beer selection, the festival provides live music and a beautiful setting with views of the Willamette River in the background.
