Hysterical improv makes its home on stage at the Brody Theater. Micetro, Antiques Improv Show, and Diabolical Experiments are some of the theater's most popular shows. The Brody Theater also hosts an open mic night for even more unscripted entertainment.

Take the time to stop by and see one of the city's most significant pieces of public art, Portlandia. Located at the Michael Graves' Portland Building entrance, the statue is a reincarnation of the city seal, designed as a woman holding a trident and welcoming visitors to the building. The statue is the second largest copper repousse in the nation, surpassed only by the Statue of Liberty.

Appreciate the life of the outdoors as you take in the sights at the Smith and Bybee Wetlands Natural Area. As America's largest protected urban wetland, this natural area is home to animals like beavers, river otters, bald eagles, turtles, osprey and more. While Bybee Lake serves as a preserve, Smith Lake is a popular destination for light water recreation like fishing or canoeing.

Learn about Jewish history and culture at the Oregon Jewish Museum. Along with an extensive archive collection, the museum hosts several exhibits including traveling features. Some of the exhibitions showcased include Transport – Works by Henk Pander and Esther Podemski and The Dawn of Tomorrow: Oregon Jews and Woman Suffrage.
