Since the dawn of the 20th century, The Philadelphia Orchestra has distinguished itself as a leading orchestra with approximately 130 concerts annually and a significant number of internationally best-selling recordings. Catch them in their home at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts if they are not on tour across the globe!

Head to North Bowl for the ultimate leisurely hang out. Housed in a renovated former garage, this bowling alley is "strikingly different" because it doubles as a nightlife haven. With a retro 1950s vibe going on, North Bowl offers good, clean family recreation and fun before 9PM as well as two bars and a lounge area for the 21 and up crowd.

Nestled along the Schuylkill River, the aptly named Schuylkill River Park provides a large municipal space for outdoor recreation. From the soccer fields, baseball diamond, tennis and basketball courts to the special section designated for dogs, this recreational center offers plenty of activities. Eventually, construction will connect this park to the popular Schuylkill River Trail.
