Once a deluxe movie palace, the Benedum Center transformed into one of the best auditoriums in the United States. See everything from plays to musicals, ballets, opera, and national bands—every type of entertainment you could possibly want!

You may have to drive a bit to get to the Big Butler Fair, but the trip is worth it. One of the largest and best festivals in Western Pennsylvania, Big Butler is a chance to enjoy fireworks, the midway, games, demolition derbies, concerts and truck pulls that are not typically seen in Pittsburgh.

Let your competitive side show at the Pittsburgh Paintball Park. Battle other teams in a full sized arena, complete with a multitude of obstacles and artificial grass. You are welcome to bring your own sports equipment or rent from the facility. Call ahead to make a reservation or join in open play on Sunday.

Take a ride down the Monongahela River at Historic Station Square with the Gateway Clipper Fleet. Symbolic of Pittsburgh’s river renaissance, this three-riverboat fleet recalls the time when Pittsburgh was known as the Gateway to the West. Choose from a variety of cruises from sightseeing day trips to formal dinner cruises.
