The gallery exclusively exhibits the work of the students and faculty of the Rhode Island Independent School District. This ever-changing collection underscores the talents and expressive abilities of artists who are a vital part of our community. The art is expressed through various mediums that include glass, graphic design, textiles, architecture, painting and photography.

When Opera Providence brings one of their productions to the stage, you know you are in for something truly special. The performance schedule includes such favorite themes as the Opera Classics Series, the Winter Concert Series as well as various seasonal favorites. Kids are used to being told to keep their hands off of things. Luckily for them, the opposite is the case when the whole family visits the Providence Children's Museum. A hands-on approach is highly encouraged as the kids are able to create their own artwork using the provided paints and other modes of expression. The exhibits and attractions are hands-on and are highly informative and entertaining, presenting such subjects as a time traveling adventure through Rhode Island's multicultural history, and a wet and wild exploration of the ways of water.
