Roger Williams Park is often referred to as "the Jewel of Providence" for good reason. This 430-acre park contains a zoo, landscaped grounds, gardens, a carousel and historic buildings. Every step you take on the Providence Ghost Tour echoes with a touch of haunted drama. This walking tour explores the East Side of Providence which is the most historic part of the city. Walk by lantern through these dark streets as you hear the expert guide tell you of all of the shadowy goings-on of spirits of years past that still manage to make their presence known in one eerie way or another.
