Built on a former railroad, the 7-mile long Shelby Farms Greenline is part of the Mid-South's latest development in urban parks and trails. This paved greenline serves as a walking, jogging and biking recreational trail. Gardens and greenscaping are scattered along the walkway, providing beautiful scenery in the urban community.

Walk along the scenic Riverwalk or take a ride on the Monorail at Mud Island River Park, home to plenty of attractions and Memphis's own Adventure Center-the best place to get out and be active within the city. The oldest and most successful community theater in the state, Theatre Memphis was founded in 1920 and continues to provide Memphis with enriching theatrical performances and entertainment. Theatre Memphis runs a yearlong season, with 10-11 shows and a sprinkling of special events each season.
