Stretch your legs at the Lichterman Nature Center. With over 65 acres of land filled with lakes, meadows and forests, the Lichterman Nature Center is a natural oasis in the urban landscape. The indoor and outdoor facilities feature wildlife, microscopic discoveries, a two-story forest boardwalk and an underwater viewing area.

Men can dress like the King himself when they do wardrobe shopping with the Lansky Brothers. Four Lansky shops are located in the Peabody Hotel lobby, providing unique and inspired clothing to all their shoppers. Find men's sportswear or vintage-inspired clothing. Men and women can find those perfect pairs of pants at the contemporary denim boutique.

Rent a pair of roller-skates or bring your own and head out onto the rink at the Cordova Skating Center. This skating center is open to the public every afternoon except Tuesdays, during skating lessons, and is a popular place for birthday parties. There is also an arcade area, for those not interested in skating.

Hattiloo Theatre is a Black repertory theatre company that is dedicated to developing a Black theater that is accessible to, relevant to, and reflective of a multicultural community. The theater stages at least seven major productions and about six special performances authored by Black writers each entertainment season.
